Payment Terms:

Before a line of credit is established, the Dealer must fill out a credit application. Incomplete applications will be returned. Please allow 20 days for us to process your application, and establish a credit limit. Credit terms will be outlined in the credit application. A returned check (for any reason) will mean “Cash Only, and a $10.00 charge will be assessed. Orders under $25.00 will be subject to a $5.00 service fee.

Back Orders:

Back orders are automatically cancelled after 30 days. Should you need your order to be held over, you must inform us prior to the end of that 30 day period. Per your request only, we will then extend your back order another 30 days, after which, it will be permanently cancelled. You may place a re-order at this time.

Warranty:

Lynn Vick Products makes no warranty’s whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral, written or other, to purchasers. Many of the items that we sell have warranty’s provided by the product manufacturer. We will on the dealers behalf, make every reasonable effort to obtain warranty authorization from a product’s manufacturer, and will notify the Dealer as soon as a warranty has been issued, or declined by the product manufacturer. Returns must be returned to us "Freight Pre-Paid."

Freight Policies & Will-Call:

Ground Transportation will be chosen and paid for by us on invoices that total $300.00 or more. Oversized products and extreme weight variations (jugs, flags, batteries, ramps, etc.) quoted separately. Any account that is 60 days or more past due is ineligible to receive free freight. This is good for the Continental United States only. If your shipment has damaged merchandise at the time of delivery, the claim is the responsibility of, and must be filed with the Carrier, not us. We will be glad to assist you in a claim against the Carrier. This policy also applies to partially lost shipments. We will not accept responsibility for damaged product, or short quantity after you have signed our invoice to the contrary. Dealers are welcome to “Will Call” their orders at our Anaheim warehouse. Please allow 1 hour notice for us to assure that your order is ready when you arrive. Our “Will Call” hours are from 9:00 to 5:00 Monday-Friday.

Pricing:

We reserved the right to modify prices without notice and to bill at the prevailing price at the time of shipment. Always check your invoices for cost. Quantity discounts are available on many products. Please ask your sales representative.

Returns:

No product may be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Dealers can receive a Return Authorization Number by calling or faxing a request to us. Our telephone number for returns is (714)632.9500. Our fax number for returns is (714)630-3966. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not assure that a credit will be issued or that an exchange will be made. Close out items may not be returned.

  1. Lynn Vick Products will exchange defective product and ship the exchange Freight Collect to the Dealer.
  2. Lynn Vick Products must be notified of any shipping discrepancies within 10 days of your receipt of a shipment.
  3. Dealers must pre-pay all freight charges on all other returns. Lynn Vick Products will not accept any C.O.D. or freight collect returns. To be eligible for credit, all returned product must be in re-sellable condition (original package without price stickers, damage, etc.). Any products that are not a defective product or due to a shipping error are subject to a 20% re-stock charge.
  4. Please allow 5-7 working days after your return has been received at our office for a credit to be issued. We will mail a copy of the credit to you
